6th week – The ski patrol and great skiing
Just when I was pretty sure how to play the cat and mouse game with the patrol I got caught 2 times in the same area by the same patroller.
5th week – from poor to the best day ever.
Monday was the 5th day without skiing as the forecast storm did not arrive. The forecast for Wednesday was still very promising therefore it was not too bad to just wait a little longer.
4th week - from excellent to poor and the snowy monkeys.
We started the week with amazing skiing in fantastic powder. Then the sun came out and provided some to the best south facing mid winter skiing in 5 years.

Once again Mount Washington was celebrating a near record breaking YTD snow amount of 1740cm (680”) as well as a snowpack of over 7m!! (21 feet) the highest anywhere in the word at the time.
