A half-day ticket for U$20 (2007) – what a great deal. There is some great tree skiing but the 15min ride on the main chair is kinda long. 2000 feet vertical is not too bad. With a good base and some fresh snow I’m sure the trees would keep you busy for a day or two. According to a local it can be very busy on a weekend especially if snow is good. 30min lines are possible but more likely much shorter than this. Today there was hardly anyone on the mountain.
It was good spring skiing with soft snow—almost never hard packed. Off piste was not an issue as there was hardly any snow. All south-facing stuff had no snow at all and hiking was not possible as well due to missing snow. I have to come back another year when they have a great snow base.
